Paleo Meals for October 16-20th

Pickup Days are Monday and Thursday.  

  1. Turkey Vegetable Soup/Salmon with Almond and Herb Crust with Green Beans, Roast Carrots, and Cauliflower
  2. Butternut Squash Soup/Pork Meatloaf with Mushrooms and Sweet Onions, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Sweet Potato Wedges
  3. Cabbage Soup/ Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Sauce, Ficklewood Sausage and Peppers
  4. Cucumber Salad with Zippy Asian Dressing/ Korean Barbequed Chicken, Zucchini and Garlic Kale
  5. Kale and Red Cabbage Salad / Grilled Beef with Mushroom Sauce with Smashed Potatoes and Garlicky Broccoli


2017 Resolution - Whole30/Paleo Resolution Meals

Yes, we do accept responsibility for some of the tightness you may feel in your waistband. While we were not there forcing the last shortbread cookie into your mouth, we made it awfully tempting to do so. We can’t begin to count the number of delicious calories we turned out of our kitchen in the past few weeks but we are pretty certain the number rivals the national debt of some countries.
With the responsibility issue out of the way, let us explain how we will help rectify the damage.

Our Resolution Meals will:
•    Take the guesswork out of meal preparation
•    Prevent flavour fatigue
•    Keep you satisfied so you don’t want to go back to the dozen-cookies-a-day habit you had over Christmas
•    Flood your body with nutrients to fix the damage the holidays did
•    Follow the rules of the Whole30 eating plan.
What is the Whole30 Eating Plan?

The Whole30 eating plan (similar to Paleo) strictly adheres to meals containing only healthy fats, as much grass-fed meat as possible and organic produce when available. Each meal will begin with a soup or a salad, followed by a main course. The Paleo eating plan is similar but not quite as strict so if you just can’t hack 30 days of super-clean, healthy eating we will have some Paleo brownies available to order.

Ample Portions to Keep You Satisfied
Portion control is not a requirement of the Whole30 eating plan, therefore meal portions are ample to keep you satisfied and not trolling the fridge after dinner.  You may order as many portions of each meal as you like in case you don’t want to make lunch for yourself. We offer options for breakfast as well such as our energy bars made with nuts, seeds and dried fruits.

Ordering Your Meals
These meals can be ordered with 48 hours notice.  Ideally, people order all their meals for the week and we arrange for one or two pick-up days.  All meals are $16.95 each. To place your order call us at (705) 735-3366.
