Resolution Meals for September 10-14th

Can you believe that the official summer is over already?!  We have been trying out some new recipes and making some delicious salad dressings. We are using some dairy in our meals but they will remain grain free and we will continue to use only olive or coconut oils.  Not all meals will contain dairy.  We hope you enjoy our menus!  We will be having pickups on Mondays only.  Please order by Monday morning at 6am. Meals will be ready for pick up by 12:30pm.

#1           Spicy Cucumber Salad/Korean Beef with Big Asian Salad

#2           Green Goddess Salad/ Grilled Chicken with Peach Sauce, Garlic Kale and  Roasted Tomatoes

#3           Tomato Soup/ Pork Meatloaf with Mushroom Sauce, Smashed Potatoes and Broccoli Cauliflower Medley

#4           Caesarish Salad/ Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Basil Sauce and Grilled Sausage

#5           Raw Vegetable Salad/ Eggplant Parmesan with Sauteed Green Beans

We will also be accepting orders for Paleo Brownies, Energy Bars and our Paleo Honey Orange Dressing.

2018 Resolution - Paleo Resolution Meals

Yes, we do accept responsibility for some of the tightness you may feel in your waistband. While we were not there forcing the last shortbread cookie into your mouth, we made it awfully tempting to do so. We can’t begin to count the number of delicious calories we turned out of our kitchen in the past few weeks but we are pretty certain the number rivals the national debt of some countries.
With the responsibility issue out of the way, let us explain how we will help rectify the damage.

Our Resolution Meals will:
•    Take the guesswork out of meal preparation
•    Prevent flavour fatigue
•    Keep you satisfied so you don’t want to go back to the dozen-cookies-a-day habit you had over Christmas
•    Flood your body with nutrients to fix the damage the holidays did
•    Follow the rules of the Paleo eating plan.

Ample Portions to Keep You Satisfied
Portion control is not a requirement of the Paleo eating plan, therefore meal portions are ample to keep you satisfied and not trolling the fridge after dinner.  You may order as many portions of each meal as you like in case you don’t want to make lunch for yourself. We offer options for breakfast as well such as our energy bars made with nuts, seeds and dried fruits.

Ordering Your Meals
These meals can be ordered with 48 hours notice.  Ideally, people order all their meals for the week and we arrange for one or two pick-up days.  All meals are $16.95 each. To place your order call us at (705) 735-3366.
